Welcome to Pavendin Logistics Services (“we”, “our”, or “us”). By accessing or using our logistics services through our website Flexgo Logistics Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Use of Our Services
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
2. Shipping and Delivery
We handle logistics and shipping with care and efficiency; however, delivery times are estimates and may vary based on destination, customs clearance, and other factors beyond our control.
We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers, weather, customs clearance, or incorrect shipping information provided by the client.
3. Customs Duties and Taxes
Clients are solely responsible for paying any customs duties, taxes, or import fees incurred on the shipment. We do not include these fees in our shipping charges, and we do not assume liability for goods held, delayed, or seized due to unpaid duties or incorrect documentation.
4. Payment Terms
All services must be paid in full before shipment.
We do not accept payment on delivery (POD). Orders will not be processed or dispatched without confirmation of payment.
Accepted payment methods depend on the country of the client.
5. Loss or Damage
We take every precaution to ensure safe and secure handling of goods. However, once the shipment is in transit, we are not liable for loss or damage unless additional insurance has been purchased by the client prior to dispatch.
6. Prohibited Items
You are responsible for ensuring that your shipment does not contain prohibited or restricted items according to international and local shipping laws. Any violation may result in delays, fines, or confiscation of goods, for which we are not liable.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pavendin Logistics Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services after any changes indicates acceptance of the new terms.
